It's like that if you are a south easterner or southerner,no condition is permanent, just try to move out of your comfort zone and be extra motivated and hardworking, get more skills with time watch how you will prosper and they will run to you...it happened to me and I made sure I did it back to them...

I am from the East. My own family is not like that to me. All my siblings, mlst of my maternal relatives and most of my paternal relatives are supportive.

Either the OP's relatives are wicked or the OP is very notorious. Hear from both sides before you conclude.

There are two guys in my family that wasted so many opportunities and resources given to them by my family. At a point, my family decided to leave them until when they show a sign of positive changes. One of those guys now go about telling outsiders that my family is not supportive. But he doesn't tell the outsiders how many times he abused the supports he got from the family.

My brother sometimes I shed tears and wonder if this people are my family,

. They aren't interested in helping you. Don't be sad about it, many families are toxic and dysfunctional. Plan and work in secret. Don't tell them anything. Or better yet, move out and go no contact. They're just negative sods who'll just suck you down into their misery.

If u see nothing....don't feel bad...No one owes u jack man.... everyone has their own issues

Are you sure they've not helped or been of help to you in the past? Did you reciprocate the gesture by putting it to good use or becoming productive yourself if you're not incapacitated
Answer these questions so we can determine if you're just a self serving, entitled sibling that's made others be wary due to past happenings

Bro, you need to man up and do things as if you are the only child and an orphan.
