Wheat flour or all purpose flour anyone they were formally using is now so expensive.

How are bakeries making their money?

what kind of flour are Nigerian bakeries using to substitute flour now?

Any idea?

They're not using any substitute.
They only increase the price of bread.

No substitute can be cheaper than wheat flour.
Not even the so-called cassava flour.
