I think I've made the greatest mistake ever by doing business with OKash. Sometimes towards last year ending I collected a loan of certain amount from OKash app and I paid back all the money including the interest even before the payment deadline.

Ever since then till this present moment I can't have any rest of mind from this unfortunate company by disturbing my phone will unsolicited calls day and night telling me to come and borrow again. I tried to block thier numbers but I wonder why they still manage to call me back.

This is a thorough warning for whoever that wants to collect loan from OKash to stay away from them because they will frustrate your life with calls.

Install Truecaller and activate "Block spam calls".
After 2 weeks, na them go tire.

When they call, answer and don't say anything. They will cut the call themself and stop calling when their costs ramp up.

Thanks but my hotline on which they call is on a small phone that doesn't use internet.

There's something I don't really understand about the caller, she usually talk like automated call but I still feel she's pretending to be.

I have blocked 43 numbers from them,but I don't understand how they keep generating digits to keep calling.

Beside their interests rate is very high .

They still need to pay for the data they use, so make it cost them and don't bother listening.

Simply ignore calls from them

I recently signed up for OKash because I was in a desperate situation and needed a quick loan. I decided not to take their loan offer because I found their offered rate ridiculous, but these guys would not stop calling me every day to take a loan with a coupon I have on my account. After searching the internet for solutions and even having to subscribe to Truecaller Premium, I decided to explore their app thoroughly because I know it is part of marketing requirements to have an unsubscribe feature or link, even before an app that has a marketing feature can be approved. These guys are very clever, even though they have an unsubscribe feature, it's hidden where no one would think to look becuase you would think you have no business with that area.

Here is what I found that helped.

- If you have deleted the app, download it from the Play Store/App Store
- Sign in with the phone number they are harassing (that's probably the number you signed up with)
- Click on Profile icon (At the bottom right, as at the time of this post)
- Click on About
- Click Marketing Unsubscribe
- Unsubscribe

I hope this helps someone escape the harassment.
