Job title: HR Officer
Location: Baruwa, Ipaja Ayobo, Lagos State
Industry: Hospitality
Work mode: Full-time.

Salary: NGN 200,00 Net.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

2. Foster positive employee relations, address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and conduct exit interviews.

3. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.

4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

5. Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support HR initiatives.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
3. Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
