The Danger of Ethnic Profiling: Why Igbos Shouldn't Leave Lagos

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFSVYM0qYvY

Ethnic profiling poses a significant threat to national unity and social cohesion, particularly in diverse cities like Lagos. The recent call for Igbos to leave Lagos is a disturbing manifestation of ethnic profiling, which can lead to marginalization, violence, and social unrest.

Igbos have made significant contributions to Lagos' economic and cultural development, and their presence is essential to the city's prosperity. Forcing them to leave would not only be unjust but also detrimental to the city's growth.

This report highlights the dangers of ethnic profiling, emphasizing the need for inclusivity, tolerance, and acceptance. It argues that diversity should be celebrated, and everyone should be allowed to live and thrive in any part of the country without fear of persecution or discrimination.

Key recommendations include:

1. Promoting inter-ethnic dialogue and understanding
2. Encouraging inclusive policies and practices
3. Addressing socio-economic disparities and inequalities
4. Fostering a culture of acceptance and respect

By working together, we can build a more harmonious and equitable society where everyone has a sense of belonging.

If you cause trouble in Lagos how would you get out? By sea or by air?
Study your geography well before you start anything.

Being gentle isn't weakness. Many southeasterners in Lagos know and understand Lagos more than southwesters living there, that is why they handling extreme provocations from southwesters delicately. Tinubu and his ronu touts think the political power he has is solely for the purpose of subjugating southeasterners while elevating his people like Awolowo but he forgets he has a very weak mandate and table could turn at any time.

But wait, Awolowo died years ago, what's his business with this matter grin?

Nobody is attacking anybody. I pray it doesn't get to that.
The tendency of some of you to drop threats is what I find quite amusing, because it means nothing.

SS is also marginalized by the SW and North parasite robbers who have ganged up. FYI all the SE states have and produce crude oil except Ebonyi and enugu
Every evil has an expiration.

Ibos usually run before gbege even start. E.g. June 12 in 1993.

Thanks for the picture. Kanu and Eze kirikiri have been forgotten in jail due to their mouth and chest beating. Instead of IPOB to storm the jail were they are being held, they are instead killing their fellow Ibos in the SE.
