These Armed Robbers were fatally wounded last night at Aluu,when they engaged men of the IGP Monitoring Unit who responded to a distress call by the residents of an Estate in UNIPORT.

The robbers virtually sacked the residents.On sighting the Operatives they engaged them and in a return fire three of them were gunned down while one escaped. Items recovered from them include: One Cut-to-size single barrel gun.

Two single barrel pistols and some cartridges. Some of the victims narrated their ordeals to us.Efforts are on to arrest the fleeing member. Public to help us with useful Information that can lead to his arrest. PPRO RVS.

The Event company was earlier called a scam company by an unknown lady who claimed to have paid some money into the company's account to be accepted to work with them.

According to the Facebook post shared by the wife of Port Harcourt ace comedian saying she is unaware and the lady should prove herself instead of tarnishing people's image. Saying on her post

"This lady posted on my company page event extraordinary
that I am a scammer, a fraudulent person that I asked her to
pay money to be short listed in my company as an usher
and also for training and sent me this fake bank details that
she paid 7500 to this account which am not aware. please
help me ask her to prove herself instead of tarnishing ones
image".

If you can recognize her face please tell her to prove herself.

A 17year old boy was among  the criminals that was arrested and paraded by the RUMUORLUMENI POLICE STATION Iwofe In Port Harcourt led by SP Kingsley Chukwueggu under the CP ZAKI M. AHMED Administration As Commissioner Of Police Rivers State.

The 17years old boy who is in SS2 confessed to the crime of stealing bicycles and a motor bikes to sell for hausa men,he was apprehended when the hausa buyer was caught by youths of the community and later handed him over to the police to face the law.





Others apprehended by the Rumorlumeni Police Division is a notorious armed robber and a rapist who fled for 2years and now in the nest of the Nigerian Police. Also a 19years old cultist was apprehended by the Nigerian Police and he as confessed to belonging to a cult group known as “Junior Vikings Confraternity(JVC) ” ,also a notorious thief with bunch of master keys was caught.


Properties worth thousands of Naira was also recovered by the men of the Nigerian Police.

The national police ambassador Amb.Bosinde speaking on the achievement said“the police are working day and night to ensure that the people of Port Harcourt are safe".
