Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to work extensively with Java and Android core libraries, wrapping them in a specific, organized fashion to meet our architectural and performance needs. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining these wrapped libraries, ensuring their compatibility and functionality with various system updates and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to wrap Java and Android core libraries to meet specific requirements.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the wrapped libraries to ensure they remain efficient and reliable.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate the wrapped libraries into larger projects and applications.
Optimize wrapped libraries for performance, stability, and scalability.
Document wrapping methodologies and maintenance procedures for future reference and onboarding of new team members.
Provide support and guidance to other team members working with the wrapped libraries.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java, Android development, and library management.
Work with other programming languages and technologies as required by project needs, although Java will remain the primary focus.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
Debug and resolve issues related to the wrapped libraries and their integration with other systems.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Java development, particularly with wrapping and maintaining core libraries.
Strong understanding of Android development and its core libraries.
Proficiency in other programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with software development tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, and IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse or Android Studio.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices in library development and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance optimization techniques for Java and Android applications.
Knowledge of system architecture and experience in large-scale software projects.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Previous experience in a role focused on library management and maintenance.
