*POSITION*
SCHOOL SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Shomolu, Gbagada, Mushin, Bariga and Palm groove

Requirements

1:A very good University degree

2:Must be Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.

3:Good understanding and use of the internet.
4: Must be able to type, edits proofread correspondence, report, memoranda and contract.

5: Receive and screen phone calls,greets visitors and review and disseminate incoming mails

6: Facilitates communication to Management In emergency situations.

7: Provide customer service to visitors, parents, and staff, schedule meetings, appointment and arrangements.

8: Required to have prompt, regular attendance in person and be available to work onsite, in person during regular business hours and as needed.

9: Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
