I am looking to hire a flutter developer to build an frontend for an MVP application, wondering what salary is competitive for a flutter developer in Nigeria? How are software engineer salaries in Nigeria in general, I know the global market has cooled of for software engineer, but what is the situation locally?

I'd say 150 to 200k monthly for someone who's just starting to make a name for himself
Depending on the size of your company and if it's remote ,hybrid etc and their experience level, maybe more than that.

500k to 1.5 depending on complexity of the app.
