My fellow nairalanders, I went for my BP check early last month and got a 140\90 figured, but the pharmacist insisted I come the following morning to recheck,later that I stumbled on a that caffeine shoots up the BP readings temporarily for like 30 minutes and incidentally I took a bottle of Pepsi before going for the BP check Fast forward to the following morning, I got a reading of 110/85! Same experience 3 days ago as I took some kolanut before going for the check I hope this post helps, because some people might erroneously believe they have high BP Nifpmod |
