Are there people here using paystack to receive payment? I haven't been paid my earnings since 27th September - 10th October. They told me the problem is because their partner Zenith bank was experiencing an issue. But the bank have resolved the problem. So, I went to the bank today to know why I haven't been paid and was told the problem is not with the bank as all paystack payments have been disbursed to the beneficiaries up to 3rd October. Someone has to be lying. I also use Flutterwave and haven't experienced this type of problem. I would have stick with Flutterwave alone but people prefer paying with paystack. Flutterwave needs to work on their branding - change the name, change the website theme and color, just do appropriate branding. Are you experiencing same problem with paystack? What's your experience using the two payment gateways? |

Always link your payment gateway(s) to fintech rather than directly to nigerian bank accounts ... this said you can send screenshots of your z-account to paystack CS for clarification and further assistance in getting your funds. musicwriter:@ the bolded isnt true...there are two other nigerian bank virtual cards/accounts can be tweeked for this use...drop your digit or contact if you need such know-how ill link you to someone that can put you through . wittyness. |

wittywriter:The problem is that paystack doesn't accept other banks, except zenith bank for Dollar receivables. I don't know why the federal competition ombudsman would watch and allow a company do that. There are other better banks in Nigeria to transact with but they insist on zenith bank who can't be said to be reliable. That's the problem |
