Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Akute, Ogun State.

About Us:
PunchLine Consulting, is a Professional IT company located in Akute, Ogun State, specializing in IT training, web development, search engine optimization, mobile apps development, digital marketing and website management services. We have a solar powered BYOD training center setup to facilitate technical training. We are currently looking for skilled and motivated individuals to train and inspire our students to become professionals as well as assist with IT service deliverables.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities
• Receive phone calls and attend to email inquiries about services and training programs.
• Make follow up phone calls to customers and prospective students.
• Support the instructors with administrative tasks.
• Attend to walk-in customers and prospective students
• Receive payments, create invoices and receipts.
• Create and manage payment records, student records etc.
• Prepare documents and related materials as directed by supervisor.

Qualification / Requirements
• Minimum of OND in any related field
• Must be very versatile in the use of office productivity tools.
• Strong communication skills and great phone etiquette.
• Highly proactive and ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Must be ready to provide referees.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar or related role
