Sometimes when I am asleep with my faceup something will just press me to the extent that I won't be able to breathe but after a while it will just go away, my question is why can't the so called to appear as a human for us to see face-to-face abi are they forbidden to appear.

If they appear to you, u'll be blind.

U'll end up not seeing its full form.

They call it sleep paralysis, but u can define it however u deem fit. Mayb an entity toying with u, mayb a spirit wanting entry to ur body but ur soul is doing the fighting coz a physical battle means u'll lose.

Dont accept the sleep paralysis crap coz the west termed it that. Give it any meaning u want, u can communicate wit it though but if it appears in physical form, u only knw It if u r vigilant.

I will add... When Medical personnel want to intrude on a patient system (i.e surgery) they employ anesthesia.
When Spiritual entities want to intrude/manipulate a person's system on the other hand, they employ sleep paralysis!
Sleep paralysis on it own is not the problem, but do you allow these spiritual entities to succeed in their mission? That should be our major concern!

Have experience it several times in the past, at first I thought it was something spiritual....
Not until a doctor told me that I have sleep paralysis.. the advice he gave me is I should have a regular time table of my pattern of sleep... Meaning if to say am used to sleeping from 11pm to so so time I should keep it consistent.
And since then It has been a thing of the past...

Try as much as possible to change your sleeping positions side ways before you finally woke up . You won't have this kind of thing again.
