Job Title: General Manager.

Location: Ikeja Lagos.

Remuneration: 350,000-500,000 Naira.
Work Mode: Onsite Monday to Friday.

Minimum of 10 years experience in a Managerial role
MUST POSSES EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Job requirements:

1. *Strategic Planning and Execution*: Developing and implementing business strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes setting long-term objectives, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing the direction of the company's operations to ensure growth and profitability.

2. *Financial Management*: Overseeing the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

3. *Operational Oversight*: Ensuring that all aspects of the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing production, supply chain management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure that the company meets industry standards and regulations.

4. *Team Leadership and Development*: Leading and motivating the management team and staff to achieve the company's objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management or Related Discipline.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a Managerial role.
Pharmaceutical Experience is compulsory
