Fumigate your house and environment. Keep your mattress under the hot sun also. It appears you develop hypersensitivity reaction (Type1) following bites from bed bugs or mites. Whenever you get such reaction (wheals +/- pruritus) go to a clinic for evaluation and treatment. Another common cause of this reaction is ingestion of food items to which certain individuals may be hypersensitive. 2 Likes 1 Share |
