- around: Lagos-Ogun state axis or around Lagos-Ibadan expressway

- in a very good location or area that has habitable buildings around rather than bushes because he wants to build and settle down rather than wait for years before people start living there

- not located where there is canal or waterlogged area

- not too far inside the location and not too close to the road (to avoid demolition of his house by the government, if they embark on road expansion)

- does not want a land with a property or structure on it, as he doesn't want to do any demolition works before construction
