If you're planning to go into field farming in 2025.

This is the best time to start planning.
1- Draft your business plan.
2- Review the last 3 years price of your planned crops.
3- Research the market for the crop.
3- Review the Agronomic guidelines for the crop.
4- Speak to players in the field .
5- Research where or who is the market.
6- Start reading and researching about the value chain of the crop.
7- The best place to plant.
8- The climatic need of the crop.
9- The pest & disease management
10- Are the value chain players poor or doing okay?
11- Get fertile land.

If you wait till next year - you'll miss a lot of things & it can be harder.
I wish you a successful 2025 farming year.
