Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our cement distribution company.
This role is primarily focused on driving sales through direct customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, be self-motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment where earnings are directly tied to productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cement products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and provide feedback on sales strategies.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 20 years work experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Compensation Structure:

This position offers a commission-based salary structure where earnings are directly linked to sales performance incentivizing high performance and rewarding top achievers.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
