The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support the firm's HR consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in building scalable and efficient applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills and Responsibilities:
Ability to work on both front-end and back-end software development.
Proficiency in any programming languages and technologies
Source Control: Familiarity with source control and its tools.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of software applications.
Designing and developing APIs.
Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Testing and evaluating new programs

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of professional experience in software development.
Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
