Reverseng:I agree that some food combinations are unhealthy and can make you sick, however it depends on what foods are combined. This doesn't mean all food combinations are bad. The combination of rice and beans, beans and millets or some other whole grains, added vegetables, herbs, natural spices and possibly natural extracted good oil from olive, avocado, etc can be very beneficial, energy and immune boosting. I combine whole grains with beans or legumes. This combinations makes a complete protein and I feel more energetic after eating this combinations. I do not believe this just because some researches says so, I have experienced it for myself. |
