Job Title: HR ADMIN

A Recruitment firm based in Gbagada is looking to hire a HR Admin.

JOB DUTIES
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the seamless onboarding process for new hires.

* Employee Records Management: Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is current, secure, and in compliance with company and legal requirements.

* Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance with company policies.

* Compliance & Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting audits or legal requirements as needed.

QUALIFICATION
* At least OND
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience working in a HR firm
* Computer Literacy
