Nairaland is the LAST place you'll get buyers or sellers for blco. Gone are the says of crude oil and Ago sales here.
Your procedure won't work. Are you aware that nnpc sent a circular on Ghana Navy boats holding down their 2mmbl vessels?

Why should a buyer use navy to sight a vessel. A vessel you haven't paid for.. Not even a commitment. I'm telling you all this because my company a selling company duely registered with nnpc. I advice facilitators when I have the time because I know what I went through before I became an authorized mandate to my principal whose an nnpc allotee and he's based on the USA.

Don't go chasing shadows my brother. No right thinking seller will even look at your procedure.

The kind of buyers i have will ;

1. Want to deal directly with end seller.
2. Some of those buyers will want to pay total cargo directly to nnpc account. Not fiduciary.
These buyers are scared of nigeria.

Ofcourse no problem with that, but it is not OPEC and they don't need middle men and not a dime for anyone, no mandates needed. So no issues.
