Imagine.

What you gave was out of kindness I suppose. But you fail to realize it's not as if they became rich with the gift you gave.
Its a gift, it's not as if they should worship you.

I'm not saying they became rich out of what I sent. Nairalanders are entitled. I just wanted to brighten people's day. Even if I had sent more, they would still complain. I sent 85k to someone right here on NL a few years ago upon seeing her thread to pay off a debt of about 40k. She claimed a bank teller took the money, that she didn't receive it, then said afterall it was only 85k I had sent her. Nigerians are an entitled bunch. It doesn't matter how much you send someone, a stranger for that matter, to help them, they will still complain. Secondly, I didn't even bring up the giveaway in my OP, did I? Or where in my post did I mention it? I had to mention it in my response to @abba190b who quoted me out if his painment that has to do with the giveaway. He mentioned me the other day that the money I sent has finished and I ignored him, then upon seeing this thread saw it as an opportunity to attack. If someone attacks me, I'm going to stand up for myself. I actually avoided the giveway thread once the giveaway was done. It was when someone posted in there to quote me and say rubbish that I posted in there again. Some things I can ignore, others I'll stand up for myself. Some of you think you can run around on Nairaland and insult people anyhow and the person should just keep quiet. Nonsense. Lastly, I didn't do the giveaway for anyone to worship me. I know you're one of the people I didn't send to and you're still pained over that. At the end of the day, I don't know any of these people and don't talk to anyone outside Nairaland. I didn't what I wanted to do, so there's that.

Please you have done the good part of helping others, don't look at this trooling

I don't think all this trooling is coming from those that received, I personally is praying that God should bless me so that I can give back to this forum,as it has help me in one way and the other
Another thing is that we should change our mindset in doing good, only God can help usz , during the lifetime of Jesus he wants to heal on Sabath but some people are still attacking him it means this trooling has been from time memorial

You don't know how far the money has helped people here. Your intention is pure but don't be discouraged. It is not all words you consider here just perceive some has unnecessary to reply
