On behalf of my family and supporters, I joyfully wish to convey my unreserved felicitations to our very own Governor Alex Otti (OFR) on the occasion of his birthday. Your Excellency, without equivocation, it is worth disclosing that your administration has indeed, set Abia on the path of Socio-Political And Economic prosperity. The numerous developmental projects and welfarism, which you have championed, have not just given Abia a facelift but also instilled leadership confidence in minds of Abians. Therefore, on behalf of my family and supporters, we celebrate your astuteness, prowess and administrative competence.
