The issue with it is "shaking picture"

Its either flex or picture board.

na screen be TV, once damage it is as good as buying a new TV. I had a TV with bad screen, took to arena and they price it down to 5k, I had to sell it. Honestly people pricing it at 15k is still fair.

3 options... One Sony service center in Nigeria, that would be crazy expensive. Two arena at oshodi, shine your eye, they can damage your TV more and not fix anything but you might still be lucky They fix it easily. It is 50/50. ALABA - most likely to have your screen, 70% chance
