Can I really achieve this? I want to embark on a 3 bedroom bungalow project in a community in Delta state. Aside having 100 bags of cement and 4 trips of sand. I have nothing else. Although I have a steady income which I can save 900k monthly after all expenses. I had intended too proceed on this project base on this. But seen online that such project can take up too 50m to finish scared of embarking on the project

With your said monthly income you won’t have issues raising the building to carcass level, especially if you will consider mono pitch roof

For instance with 900k you can get atleast 20tonnes of granite and remaining for reinforcement. (Say half ton) and add to your sand cement. You are atleast 60% ready for your foundation

Bulk of construction cost goes to the level of finish and your architectural design.
