Goodday Nairalanders Sometime last month,I experienced slight pain in my chest, sometimes, the left side sometimes,the right side so I took ulcer medicine frequently cos I thought it was ulcer. The pain seem to stop though. Last 4 days,I slept off on the tiles floor and woke up to the same slight pain on my chest but as if towards the back side of my chest. When I twist my back I feel the slight pain and I took ulcer medicine it didn't stop. Sometimes when I move my body i feel the pain Some people describe it as cold but I'll soon go for a scan however I need your opinion for people that may have experienced such. Thank you very much . It's caused by your sleeping posture. Also get a good mattress. Exercise often. |
