Please help out family, I've had back ache for over a month now, nothing happened prior to this discovery except my ingesting a large amount of cherry (agbalumo)

Since then, I've taken pills, injection and even herbal medicine (agunmu) for jedi/pile but this pain doesn't seem to be leaving.

Can I get some recommendations please?

I am brand/graphic designer who spends a lot of time on his PC but I haven't experience this kinda pain until recently.

You may not believe this but I've had a very painful spin pain that started spreading across my neck regime and making it difficult to move ....nothing weh I never used but e no work until one guy advised me to ditch my bed and start sleeping on floor.


Well, I've been sleeping on the tiles for close to 4 months now and my back pain is gone! I was surprised... You need to suspend sleeping on that ur bed first for let's say 1 week or 2 to observe if there's any improvements.

Ahn ahn, a lot of them, about 30

Exercise and stretching can also help.Foam roller is also good to relieve pains.Begin softly if you are a beginner.There are tons of videos online to watch and guard you through.

See your problem here. Sitting for long hours is bad on the body as well as standing for many hours. Exercise, stretch and sleep on a hard, flat surface. You will be alright. Buy a baby mat, the one with padding. Sleeping on a bare mat will cause muscle pains since your body will need to adjust to the new stress.
