It's been so tough getting a job or even a gig from any of these(most times It gets even impossible to even feed and or buy data).
To the bosses in the houses,I will really appreciate your advice on what I am not doing right and I could possibly take up some job off your plate if you are too busy

I am in no way into web development but I can tell you this.
If you want to start landding gigs of any kind kind, you need to know backend as well.
If you can fully learn and operate front and backend, I can link you up with some gig.
But they only employ specials with experiment in both front and backend with good operational work. Heck they might even give you a sponsorship visa who knows.

In this AI era a lot is expected from you as a developer, after I seen your portfolio there is no any good site projects and does not seems like a portfolio of someone that has three years of experience.
Frontend development nowadays is like starting point of every individual getting into software development I will advise you to also up skills as the role has a lot of competition and also build a lot of projects that you can showcase

You guys should learn to defang your urls so it's easier to copt-paste. Something like hxxps://portfolio-dd913[.]web[.]app. It's easier to copy this and edit rather that the one you posted that has spaces and has dot spelled out. I say make I give you update

Refresh them daily and when you see a role that fits you, take time to apply. Write a convincing cover letter and send an optimized resume.

Yeah I agree with this, your portfolio quality doesn't highlight your experience, it shows alot of newbie vibes, the freelance and tech market is highly competitive at this period. Also you are not limited to just coding, you could do other things.

Even if you are outside, it's hard too, tech isn't recruiting for coders like that, the few senior engineers with AI can reduce the need for alot of engineers, the alternative route is building a solution and servicing clients. the future just got dark quickly lol

Bros, this is not true.

There are still tech jobs in Nigeria. We can argue that the salary and work conditions are not the best but at least, tech still has more jobs than other sectors in Nigeria.
