It’s deeply perplexing—almost absurdly so—that a party as politically entrenched as the APC cannot (or will not) release Nnamdi Kanu to continuewith his Biafra exit, nor leverage its overwhelming majority in both the Senate and House of Representatives to amend the constitution in favor of an Igbo exit, if that’s truly the will of the people. Something doesn’t add up.

What then becomes of the likes of Hope Uzodinma, Rochas Okorocha, Orji Uzor Kalu, Francis Nwifuru, and Dave Umahi—staunch loyalists of the APC from the Southeast? Are they mere symbolic tokens in a party that either fears or refuses to confront the deeper political questions about Igbo self-determination?

This contradiction reflects not just political paralysis, but a refusal to reckon with the complexity of Nigeria’s national question. Loyalty without equity is political servitude, not statesmanship.

Whatever comes to your mind, think about it harder and see it’s nothing to dance about.

Nigeria is far behind in the world and the grand scheme of things.

Is it improved security, Power generation and supply? Corruption/judiciary? A popular polithiefcians death? All not worth dancing over.

Unfortunately, years before 2031, Biafra would've arrived. I think the result, confusion and rigging that will bedevil the 2027 elections will birth Biafra and other nations.
