Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

The Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary defines an enemy as a person who strongly dislikes, or wants to injure, attack or make somebody or something weaker.

Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, Ammonites, and the men of Ashdod were enemies of the Jews, very angry at the progress of the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem.
They plotted to fight against Jerusalem.

Nehemiah's response to their conspiracy was worthy of note.
He prayed to GOD, refused to be distracted; working together with his team, the city was guarded night and day.

What have you allowed to distract you from GOD'S purpose for your life?
Distractions destroy actions.

When the high priest and council were continually hostile towards the Apostles, Gamaliel advised them to keep away from the Apostles.
He said if their mission was from GOD, the council would not be able to overthrow them; they may even find themselves fighting against GOD

Acts 5:38-39 KJV
[38] And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: [39] but if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

No one profits by making himself an enemy of GOD

Job 9:4 KJV
[4] He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: Who hath hardened himself against him, and hath prospered?

Endeavor to excel in living a GOD -pleasing life, this will ensure GOD'S presence with you.

Prayer: FATHER, strengthen me to look away from distractions orchestrated to jeopardize YOUR purpose for my life.
Help me to excel in living a life that is pleasing to YOU, to fight the good fight and finish my race strong and well in Jesus name.

Confession: I stay alert and stand firm in my faith in GOD; I respect HIS precepts and keep my doctrine sound. I am courageous and strong. Everything I do is done with love and kindness.
