I guess you are a female, thereby you may not know much about building and the cost of building materials presently (this Tinubu administration). Fencing the landed property alone go chop 500k, not to talk of the main building.

This is not less than 5m everything to finishing and interior

I built somthing like this last Year ans it gulped me over 2.5m.

Bamboo is not a bad design of a house sha.
It just depends on the location.
A place like Nigeria is not good to put up bamboo home, base on security reasons!

W00d + zinc and nails+ workmanship = 3M.
Wiring + workmanship = 1M.
Plumbing work wc+tank + workmanship = 1M.

Celling POP= 600k

It is quite a low cost building but 500k will not build it, there are more to building than the looks, the land, clearing, foundation, toilet, blocks, cement, sands, woods and roofs, then workmanship.

Wiring and fittings may not reach 1m.
If you are putting tank stand to plumbing, bros tank stand alone is over 1m .

@ OP, it would depend on the location and the cost of land there.
That is a one bedroom flat. Assuming you already have land (you don't sound like you do), it will cost you no less than N6M to put up that structure given the present cost of building materials and cost of land.
Roofing sheets (8 bundles minimum)alone will cost you over N400k (@50k per bundle). Not to talk of woodworks
Building is not small matter now .
