In this phase you are expected to fully participate in the following exercises:

*DAY 1 – Case Study*
This will be a live virtual session where you will be required to read through the case study question and prepare a PowerPoint presentation highlighting your recommendations. This should be submitted within 1 hour using the submission link below.

DAY 2 – Case Study Presentation
You are required to present your recommendations from the previously submitted Case study to a panel of interviewers.
Duration: 20 minutes for presentation and questions

ALL EXERCISES ARE COMPULSORY AND FAILURE TO COMPLETE ANY WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.

BEFORE THE INTERVIEWS:

· Ensure your computer, camera, microphone, and internet connection are working properly.
· Choose a quiet, well-lit room with a plain background, preferably with a wall behind you.
· Inform others in your household about the interview to minimize interruptions.
· Close any unnecessary applications on your computer to prevent notifications and distractions.
· Wear professional attire as you would for an in-person interview.
· Please check your emails frequently for updates

DURING THE INTERVIEW:

· Join the meeting 5 minutes early to account for any last-minute technical issues.
· Allow the interviewer to finish speaking before responding.
· Speak Clearly and Confidently
· Sit up straight and maintain good posture.

I have some helpful materials for the dangote interview questions with respect to the dangote assessment center, dangote assessment center is basically group task and case studies in which candidates are expected to analyze the problem within the company and come up with a constructive and well analysed solutions, yes or no responses are not permitted in the assessment, Applicants are to present solutions properly possibly using the STAR method.

I did mine yesterday. Though they used the name of another company as the case study.

None that I know of. Still waiting patiently.

Mind you, I didn't apply for the Graduate trainee recruitment.

But I applied for the recently published Management trainee recruitment and I've done the first stage assessment last week.

I'm just asking to get an idea of what the entire process is like.
