CDCFIB immigration recruitment, civil defence recruitment and fire service recruitment has commenced.

The cdcfib recruitment covers 3 categories namely:

1. General Duty
2. Inspectorate Cadre
3. Assistant Cadre

Superintendent Cadre (General Duty)

Superintendent of Corrections (CONPASS 09) is open only in the Nigerian Correctional Service Recruitment and is for applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery.

Assistant Superintendent I (CONPASS 09) needs a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Law, and is available only in the Fire Service Recruitment.

Assistant Superintendent II (CONPASS 08) requires a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline and cuts across CDCFIB immigration recruitment, civil defence recruitment and fire service recruitment.

Inspectorate Cadre

Senior Inspector of Fire (CONPASS 08) is open to Registered Nurses, Midwives or Nurse-Midwives. This position is available in civil defence recruitment, fire service recruitment and nigerian correctional services recruitment.

Inspector of Fire (CONPASS 07) is for applicants with NCE or National Diploma (ND) in relevant fields.

Assistant Cadre

The assistant cadre focuses on SSCE holders, drivers, and artisans:

Assistant III (CONPASS 03) needs 5 O’Level WAEC credits, including English and Mathematics.

Drivers, Artisans and Mechanics can also apply for the above position with Trade Test certificates and relevant licences.

Requirements for the cdcfib recruitment

The following below are the requirements for the cdcfib recruitment:

1. Applicants for the cdcfib recruitment must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.

2. Applicants must fall between the age of 18 to 35 years.

3. Applicants for the cdcfib recruitment must have a minimum height of 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.

4. Applicants for cdcfib recruitment must have chest measurement of at least 0.87m for male applicants.

5. Applicants for cdcfib recruitment must have no previous criminal records.

6. Candidates that apply for more than one application with respect to CDCFIB recruitment will be disqualified.

7. Applicants must be fit physically and mentally.

8. Applicants must present academic certificates of medical fitness from government-approved hospitals.

Applicants are expected to log on to the cdcfib recruitment portal https://recruitment.cdcfib.org/ or https://cdcfib.career, complete and submit the application form from Thursday, 26th of June, 2025.

Submission of the application on the cdcfib recruitment portal is expected to be completed within 3 weeks from the date of publication.
