You don’t need to farm or supervise anything. From the 4th year, you start earning returns annually.

💰 Projected Returns:

* ₦10M – ₦18M per year (from 1 Hectare)

Palm fruit takes 3-4years to grow but is the only crop that takes 25-40years before it dies and and keep producing nuts with little maintenance.

The company manages everything and shares the profit with you:
* You earn 80%
* They take 20% for operations

From the 4th year, after your first harvest, you can either:
* Continue letting them manage it and earn passively, or
* Take over the farm yourself (with payment of service and security charges).
