Kindly, follow us as we show how we converted a 4bedroom apartment into 2 units of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom ensuite.

What was left for it to be finished originally are pop, tiling, doors installation, wiring, plumbing fitting and the what nots.

The picture is the initially drawing of 4 bedroom before modification.

WHat are the things we actually did here to arrived at the three flats.

Flat A - Mini flat 1

1. The ante room which was initiated at 3m by 3m was made the living room for flat A
2. The visitors' toilet was merged with the guest bedroom toilet to give a kitchen of 1.2m by 2,4m
3.The previous Master toilet was increased to generate two toilets for both the 2 bedroom and one miniflat
4.The guest bedroom became the bedroom of the apartment.
