BAKING TIPS FOR BEGINNERS

1.Always Preheat Your Oven: Your cake won’t bake properly if the oven isn't hot before you start. Preheat for at least 10-15 minutes.

2.Measure Your Ingredients Correctly: Too much flour or sugar can spoil the texture. Use proper measuring cups or a kitchen scale.

3.Don’t Over mix Your Batter: Over mixing makes your cake tough. Mix until ingredients are just combined.

4.Room Temperature Ingredients Matter: Butter, eggs, and milk should be at room temperature. It helps everything blend well.

5.Use Fresh Baking Powder/Baking Soda:
Old baking powder = flat cake. Replace them every 6 months.

6.Don’t Open the Oven Too Early: Opening the oven before 20 minutes can make your cake sink in the middle.

7.Grease and Line Your Baking Pan: This helps your cake come out smoothly after baking, no tearing or sticking.

8.Cool Cakes Completely Before Frosting: If you frost a warm cake, it will melt the cream and ruin your design.

9.Test for Doneness With a Toothpick: Insert it in the center, if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.

10.Try Not to Rush: Baking needs patience. Rushing can ruin your texture, rise, or taste.
