Why I still have a hard time working with Nigerians is because of people Like Telim. I have finished developing this plugin for him, and now he has refused to pay up my balance. His excuse is, he's not sure if Wordpress will accept the plugin I developed for him.

I have made it clear to him that, the agreement I have with you was for me to build a working WordPress plugin which I have done and he has tested it to be working perfectly okay as intended.

Just for good measures, I even offered to upload the plugin which he offered to pay an extra N50K if accepted by WordPress. Now I've uploaded to wordpress and the plugin is awaiting verification because for some reason, the wordpress verification volunteers are stretched thing so verification is a lot slowat the moment. I asked him to pay up my balance for finishing up the plugin so I know I'm expecting another N50K once the plugin is verified.

Telim dan lock up. I await his response and that of other people here.

I gave OP a WordPress plugin task to develop for my platform. We agreed that the task would be completed for 150k. I have already paid him 100k and asked him to upload the plugin to WordPress for approval. Once it gets approved, I will pay the remaining 50k. However, he keeps requesting that I send the balance for a plugin that is not yet approved.

Since he claims to be an experienced WordPress plugin developer, why is he in such a hurry to collect the remaining 50k? What happens if I pay the balance and the plugin never gets approved by WordPress? That would mean my 150k is gone, and I would be left with a plugin that is useless to my platform since it cannot be shared via WordPress.

If OP is in a hurry, I suggest he keeps the 100k I already sent and deletes the plugin. I will not send a kobo until the plugin is approved on WordPress.

We did not even have any agreement to upload to wordpress server. I was to build a plugin for him. SInce it's obviously not in need of the plugin and I'm out patience, I've removed the plugin from wordpress server. He should keep the balance.
