I got a mail from a company I was interviewed, the message reads Congratulations We are pleased to inform you that we intend to consider you for an Appointment with our organisation on the following conditions; you must bring 2 guarantors who are senior officers in public office or big businessman to our office physically to sign the guarantor's form and 1 Refereer before we extend the offer letter to you. you have just 7 days to fulfil these conditions.


please what do you think about this offer and conditions? I never see offer letter they want me to bring guarantors and Referee physically

I think its a red flag, please your advice is sought for
