How does this work exactly. Seems like they are able to get dynamic account number connect to the same account name. They are probably using a webhook on the backend to check. But what happens if I send less or more? Is the account number connected to amount am supposed to pay?

Try send more or less then give us the details. Although I tried sending less with Jumia when I went to pick up an item.

That is a virtual account. It can be static or dynamic depending on the business use case. Static virtual account can be used for recurring info/outflow transactions, and may take less or more than the specified amount.

Dynamic types dues to their short lifetime, most time needs to take an exact amount.

I don't think paystack has the dynamic stuff. Their own virtual account is probably static.
