"Each person should carry their own load.” — Galatians 6:5 This verse keeps hitting me anytime I try to blame people or circumstances for my situation. Truth is, nobody can live your life for you. God already equipped us: • He gave us a mind (“God has given us a sound mind” – 2 Timothy 1:7) • He gave us strength (“He gives strength to the weary” – Isaiah 40:29)[b] • He gave us choice (“Choose life” – Deuteronomy 30:19) So at what point do we stop waiting for people to do for us what God expects us to do? Prayer works. Grace works. But obedience and effort matter too. If your life must change, you must move. I’m not posting this to preach. I’m honestly asking: What area of your life do you know you need to take more responsibility for? Career? Finances? Relationships? Spiritual growth? Let’s discuss. |
