Pls, how do people resolve DOB and Names arrangement on NIN?

There's a costly mistake on my NIN details and it appears as if I'll be spending almost 100k on this.

I don't know, how do people go about this kind of issue?

I did mine last year and I think I spent a total of 35k.

It's DOB. Names arrangement is very simple.

And I did the registration with the wrong DOB in 2014.
