Laughing is good, but we must beware of the wrong type of laughs. If laughing is about seeing other people struggling and having much greater need or troubles than we seem to have right now then it's demonic; and needs serious repenting of shortly. And even God is not impressed with such. Because might even decide to also "Laugh" by turning the tables sooner or later—which could be a horrible disaster we surely don't want.
