It was a clear foul on Raya the Arsenal goalkeeper,arm across his neck and his shirt has been pulled, VAR shouldn't have taken 4 minutes to check that 10 secs it's enough . If that contact happened anywhere on the field ,it's a foul as well .

Yes I saw that, do you know how many of those type of goals they've counted for man city? It all boils down to the referee's discretion, another referee would have allowed the goal and nothing will happen

Arsenal fans both at home and at the Westham stadium really went through a lot today emotionally. From the David Raya spectacular save moment to the moment of VAR deciding whether that foul-looking goal should have stood or not.
Phew! Those were really intense moments for AFC fans, una kpele o 😁.

I know you're angry, but if you watch the replay, 2 WestHam players impeded Raya. One tried pulling his hand. The other held his shirt. How do u expect the keeper to compete properly in such situation?
