LEGAL SPECIALIST/HR Job Responsibilities: 1. Understand the basic legal provisions of local labor law and corporate governance law. 2. Assist the company in communicating and handling related cases with partner law firms. 3. Draft and revise basic company correspondence, documents, and regulations. 4. Handle common disputes within the company (employees, clients, management). Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in legal or lawyer fields. 3.
