Mostly, divisions within the body of Christ, is based around doctrine. Secondary issues that St Paul condemned in Titus 3:9, which he deemed unprofitable and worthless. Different emphasis or styles should not mean one is more godly or more important than the other. What matters is the input based on the foundations of Christ. Processes might differ but only God determines the output. Ultimately, it is the will of God that determines the outcome(1 Cor 3:7). Though Paul and Apollos should not be ignored, the focus must be on God, who enables the growth. God bless Brethren 🙌

yommyuk:Let's reason along the same line with Jesus. He said the Kingdom of God is like a sower who keeps throwing the seed everywhere his hands could reach {Matthew 13:3-8} Paul followed the same line of thought in his illustration regarding sowimg seed. In farming we don't just sow but work hard to water the plants if there is no rain. So if someone sow and another water the process is still the same! |

MaxInDHouse:Both are part of the same process. Like adding different ingredients into a single pot of soup. But the taste of the soup is determined by difference factors. The key determinant for the outcome is God. Without me, you can do nothing (John 15:5) Without God, the workers work is in vain. |

yommyuk:Fishing out honest hearted and sincere individuals {Mark 1:17} is not a easy job but by following the path Jesus laid down we will gather 99% if not all sincere and honest hearted people on planet earth into one group! Act 1:8 |

MaxInDHouse:FISHING OUT Even the Disciples caught nothing all night, when they went out fishing. Jesus Christ told them to throw their net on the RIGHT side of the boat. He said they will catch SOME, not all the fish. (John 21:3-6) Fishing for souls in a hostile world is no easy task. All we can do is to keep on fishing. We cannot look back at Sodom and Gomorrah, then end up like Lot's wife. The Paul and Apollos concept remains the way to go. Keep fishing and never forget self in the process. |
