Job Overview
Medessy Enterprise Limited (trading as NG-Ride/NG-Ride Logistics) is a fast-growing
transportation company with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill a Client
Manager position in our Lagos office.

Key deliverable: Grow the Medessy Enterprises logistics business, cutting across corporate and
retail car leasing, haulage, warehousing, e-commerce deliveries, etc.

Mandatory requirement: Successful applicant must be self–driven and must operate in line with

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and drive a business development strategy
• Build relationships that enable business growth and expansion
• Prepare bids, tenders, and respond to requests for proposals
• Acquire new customers and grow the volume of business with existing customers to
meet annual targets.
• Manage clients to build mutually beneficial relationships
• Promptly resolve client issues
• Develop new processes to drive deliverables, review and recommend modifications to
existing processes and systems where required
• Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Field Support &
Operations, Client Management teams.
• Communicate with Managers and/or Directors on work status and client issues that arise
• Provide prompt reporting on business development activities as required

Qualifications and Competencies
• A bachelor’s degree from a higher institution. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Business professional with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent relationship manager with organisational and leadership skills
• Confidence in undertaking presentations to a large number of people
• Analytical skills to review both financial and operational data with a good understanding
of financial planning
• Proven Negotiation Skills combined with the ability to close business wins
• Customer-oriented & team player who can work under pressure where needed
