₦airaland Forum

If you are into palm oil production in Nigeria, you know that the quality of your equipment directly affects your oil yield, labour cost, and final profit.

Many small and medium-scale millers ask:
How do I reduce manual labour during fruit threshing?
Which press gives more oil – single screw or double screw?
Why is filtering crude palm oil important before refining?

At Henan Glory, we manufacture durable palm oil processing machines for every stage. Below is a complete guide using our best-selling equipment.

1. Simple Palm Fruit Thresher Machine (1–2 TPH)
Before pressing, you must separate the fruits from the bunches. Our Simple Palm Fruit Thresher Machine does exactly that.

Features:
✅ Easy operation – no complex training needed
✅ Reduces manual labour significantly
✅ Suitable for small palm oil mills (1–2 tonnes per hour)
✅ Clean loose palm fruits output, empty bunches discharged separately
✅ Custom capacity available on request

Why you need it:Manual threshing is slow and labour-intensive. This machine boosts efficiency and prepares fruits for pressing.

2. Single Screw Palm Oil Press Machine (300–500 kg/h)
For entry-level and small millers, our Single Screw Palm Oil Press Machine is the perfect choice. It presses loose palm fruits to extract crude palm oil (CPO).

Specifications:
Input capacity: 300–500 kg/h
Screw type: Single screw pressing system
Output: Crude palm oil + palm nuts with fibre
Easy operation and maintenance

Advantage: This model is affordable, compact, and ideal for starting a small palm oil milling business. It also separates palm nuts for further processing (nut cracking).

3. Double Screw Palm Oil Press Machine (1–15 TPH)
For medium to large-scale operations, our Double Screw Palm Oil Press Machine offers higher throughput and continuous extraction.

Key parameters:
Capacity: 1 to 15 tonnes per hour (customizable)
Screw system: Double screw pressing – higher oil yield
Operation: Continuous, suitable for palm oil processing plants
Output: Crude palm oil + palm nut with fibre

Why double screw?
Better oil expression than single screw
Less residual oil in the fibre and nut mixture
Stable operation for 24/7 production

4. Palm Oil Plate Filter Press
After pressing, crude palm oil contains solid impurities (fibre debris, sand, etc.). These impurities affect oil clarity and storage life. Our Plate Filter Press solves this problem.

Functions:
Filter crude palm oil before refining
Remove solid impurities effectively
Improve oil quality and clarity
Suitable for any palm oil processing line (small or large)
Support customized capacity (filter area & plate number)

Result :You get cleaner oil that sells at a higher price and is easier to refine into RBD palm oil.
