We need a web developer with specific expertise in backend logic, database architecture, and secure integrations for a project.



Required Developer Skills

1. Core Core Programming & Frameworks

The developer needs to be a Full-Stack Developer who understands how to build interactive dashboards. They should be proficient in either:

The No-Code Route (Fastest): Bubble.io. To build an entire marketplace, database, and logic engine visually without writing code from scratch.
The Custom Code Route: Node.js, Next.js, or Python (Django/FastAPI) for the backend architecture, combined with React or Vue.js for the frontend interfaces.

2. Database Design & Logic (Crucial)

The developer must know how to structure complex, relational databases (like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Bubble's built-in database). They must be able to write the code that handles:

Geo-spatial filtering (matching the first 3 digits of Area postal codes).
Conditional filtering (matching available caregiver hours with family shift requests).
Vetting locks (preventing unverified users from appearing in search results).

3. Advanced API Integrations

Developer must have experience integrating:

Stripe Connect Engine: To handle complex marketplaces splits, escrow authorizations, and payment routing to bank accounts.
Transactional Email APIs: Linking your application database to Brevo, Resend, or Postmark so triggers instantly fire when someone bids or registers.
Digital Verification APIs: Connecting to platforms like Certn or Sterling Backcheck to programmatically verify identity data.
