The guy has always been a proud, egoistic and bossy one.
I once saw his interview around 2003 but I suppose the video was made way before that. It was a documentary of world billionaires that owned luxury items like yachts, private jets etc. The way he conducted himself was so condescending and that was my first real life impression of a white Imperialist minded person.
